The restaurant is part of a Michelin Guide-recognized concept, offering an opportunity to work in a high-quality culinary environment with a strong team and established group behind it. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining culinary standards, and driving consistent execution. What You’ll Be Doing Lead day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef Manage, mentor and develop the culinary team Lead service and maintain a high level of kitchen organization and efficiency Assist with menu development and seasonal changes Manage ordering, inventory and food cost Ensure proper food safety, sanitation and kitchen procedures Help drive consistency across all aspects of the culinary operation What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role Strong full-service restaurant experience in a elevated, finer dining restaurant Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team High standards for food quality, consistency and execution Strong understanding of food cost, ordering and inventory Passion for quality-driven, chef-led cuisine
