About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Registered Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM to 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum of one year acute care experience within the past two years. License: Current unencumbered RN License. Certifications: AHA BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS, and PALS. BLS must be from American Heart. Must-Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Description: Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and through delegation of assignments by the Nurse House Supervisor. Independently implements the nursing process to provide safe and effective patient care throughout selected nursing departments. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide individualized, age-appropriate care to patients served. Provides break relief and supplemental staffing to RNs. Directed, or autonomously goes, to any department for which trained and competent to provide nursing support. Maintains the required proof of competency to ensure performing at the expected level of patient care. Patient age range is from 0 to 120 years old. Recent experience in Emergency or Critical Care setting is required.
