Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Collect data and submit session notes Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be punctual for appointments Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Effective communication in English, including verbal and written skills Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families Valid state identification card Reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check RBT Certification (Required) Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Paid maternity leave Six legal holidays Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, up to 25% travel, clinic options available #J-18808-Ljbffr Abtaba
