R&D Test Technician

Research And Development Technician Base Pay Range: $27.00/hr - $31.00/hr Location: Marlborough, MA 01752 Onsite Role Responsibilities Works under limited supervision assisting R&D engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Performs routine and some non-routine technical assignments using standard methods and sequences. Performs set-up, testing, repair, inspection, and/or maintenance of all area‑specific equipment materials, systems and/or projects. Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions to process and design issues. Test prototypes per engineering instructions and document test results. Use internal and qualified vendors to assist engineering teams to obtain supplies and services. Communicate assignment status to project engineers. Perform basic statistical analysis of results. Train others on new product processes and procedures. Support calibration and maintenance programs for R&D Test Equipment. Education / Experience AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
