Joyful Hearts Learning Center has two, Full-time Lead Teacher positions available for our growing center!

- Teach and care for all age groups, 6 weeks – 5 years
- Need to be Wisconsin DCF Lead Teacher qualified
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
- Salary: $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience
- Must be available between the hours of 6am and 5:30pm

Duties- Create a warm and inviting environment for children while prioritizing child safety
- Create lesson plans that focus on play-based learning
- Develop independent goals for each child
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Develop relationships with families through ongoing communication
- Team player
- Desire to learn and grow
- Calm, patient, and nurturing
- Play and engage with children for extended periods of time
- Age 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completed required coursework for a lead teacher in a child care center and be willing to engage in ongoing education.
- At least 1 year experience in the child care field
- Early Childhood Degree
