Operational Lead, Rental Process & Management Systems

What to Expect The Operational Lead, Rental Process & Management Systems is responsible for defining and refining the rental process at Tesla, directly informing the product roadmap for rental-related initiatives. This role acts as a critical liaison between end-users and product development teams, ensuring that user needs and technical solutions align to drive a seamless rental experience. This role can sit out of Fremont, CA or Austin, TX.
