Boden Coon Rapids - Caregiver, HHA/CNA

Boden Coon Rapids , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team.


Boden Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today!


Shifts Available: Full-Time NOCs (11pm-7am), Part-Time AMs (7am-3pm), PMs (Week 1: Friday 4pm-8pm/Saturday 3pm-11pm, Week 2: Sunday 3pm-11pm/Friday 4pm-8pm), & NOCs, and On-Call

HHA Wage : $17.00-$22.00 per hour

CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
