Data & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data performance. Use statistical methods to validate and interpret data for business decisions. Create clear data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights. Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data‑driven solutions. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a meaningful way. Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards. Stay current on data tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis with preference for insurance, healthcare, or financial services. Experience with relational databases and reporting/analytical tools. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Excel, and Python. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice.
