We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Sales Closer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for life insurance sales, specifically focusing on Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies and other similar products, by engaging with clients, explaining policy benefits, and guiding them through the closing process. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring a smooth and efficient sales closure. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through virtual and telemarketing sales using company provided leads to present specialized IUL and other life insurance options.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options to close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Google Workspace tools to track leads and follow-ups.

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing or phone based services within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, online meeting platforms and sales administration processes.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
• Active state Life Insurance license and current E&O coverage are required.
