Principal Program Manager, Adobe Express

About the Role Adobe Express ranks among Adobe’s most quickly growing creative tools, reaching millions on web and mobile. We seek a lead program manager to serve as the operational foundation for a fast paced, multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with engineering, product, build, data science, research, and go-to-market partners. What You'll Do Manage End-to-End Delivery Drive end‑to‑end execution of initiatives, translating strategic partnerships and platform opportunities into shipped, high‑quality integrations that expand Adobe’s reach and impact. Build and run scalable program frameworks (roadmaps, release trains, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and change communication) to support high‑velocity, multi‑partner delivery. Partner closely with product, engineering, research, build, and GTM teams to align execution with longer‑term strategy. Provide executive‑ready visibility and decision support, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and progress through clear, concise narratives that enable timely leadership decisions. Promote a Product-led growth approach committed to iterative launches, experimentation, and learning loops while maintaining cohesion with Express roadmap. Apply AI Innovation Promote adopting Gen AI and Agentic AI to boost speed, quality, and scalability. Apply AI to real-world challenges and drive cross-functional efficiency through AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligent decision-making. Build a culture of continuous improvement through AI-enabled automation and intelligence. Stay current on AI/ML advancements and translate new technologies into actionable solutions. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product management. Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across diverse teams in the SaaS, subscription, or customer-focused environments preferred. Ability to build relationships and influence across a globally distributed organization. History of implementing AI to increase operational efficiency between functions and cut down process time. Experience integrating AI into products and/or internal tools with measurable impact. Proven experience applying artificial intelligence to improve SDLC processes—such as code generation, testing, planning, or analytics. Strong analytical and systems-thinking approach with a focus on optimization and automation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $191,600 - $277,400 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
