Inpatient Pharmacist

INPATIENT PHARMACIST

We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment. This is a fast-paced hospital pharmacy environment.

Requirements:

• Active VA Pharmacist License in hand at submission
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV pharmacy experience required
• Pain-controlled analgesia experience
• Antibiotics and drug interaction knowledge
• Order entry and medication order verification
• EPIC experience preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Chemotherapy
• Anticoagulants
• Pharmacokinetic dosing
• Renal dosing

Schedule:

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Multiple shift times available
