Overview We are already in plan-check for rebuilding an ADU lost in the Palisades fire, and it is in Unincorporated Malibu (Los Angeles County Plan Check). We are replacing the old home with a 900SF manufactured home to be installed on a permanent foundation. We need a Civil Engineer to do a fairly fast turn-around LID plan, Erosion Control plan, and grading/drainage plan based upon work we've already done internally & discussed. Attaching the planning set that was approved. We can share more details with the engineer that we select. Thanks! Responsibilities Prepare a LID (Low Impact Development) plan for the project. Prepare an Erosion Control plan. Prepare a grading and drainage plan based on work already completed by the internal team. Coordinate with the internal team and review the attached planning set for accuracy and consistency. Provide a fairly fast turn-around for the required plans. Respond to questions and share additional details as needed with the selected engineer. Utilize the approved planning set and any attached documents to inform the engineering work.
