We're currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Staffing Account Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client partnerships and business success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. As a Staffing Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering workforce solutions that help organizations meet their hiring goals. If you enjoy building partnerships, solving business challenges, and driving revenue growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships
  • Identify client hiring needs and recommend customized staffing and workforce solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and account management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to align talent solutions with client expectations and hiring objectives
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to strengthen relationships and uncover additional business opportunities
  • Represent Hire Connections at client meetings, networking events, community functions, and industry-related activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions within the CRM
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue goals

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate business opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience with CRM and ATS platforms is a plus
