Travel OR Nurse (RN) - Rockford, Illinois

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
• Weekend coverage only through Saturday at 7:00 AM

As a key leader in the Operating Room, you'll provide oversight as Charge RN, leveraging your strong OR skills while gaining additional training. This role demands proficiency in robotics and neuro procedures, offering daily opportunities to expand your procedural repertoire and strengthen your leadership in perioperative settings.


Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Significant Operating Room experience
• Robotics and neuro surgery experience required
• Charge RN and leadership skills strongly preferred
• Must be open to receiving further training
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from Rockford, IL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate OR activities during night shifts
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Mentor and support nursing staff; assist in training and onboarding
• Respond to emergent situations with confidence and clinical excellence
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of advanced surgical technologies
