What You'll Do

As a PRN LPN, you will:

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, CNAs, and facility staff
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication during every assignment

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent licensed nursing experience preferred
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• CPR/BLS must be instructor-led and completed in person (online-only certifications are not accepted)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work PRN and maintain reliable communication with our staffing team

Important PRN Expectations

To remain active with Vital Medical Staffing, nurses must:

• Work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Keep their availability updated
• Respond promptly to shift requests and recruiter communications
• Arrive on time and prepared for assignments
• Maintain professionalism with facility staff and patients
