Join Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group, a leading HVACR distributor, where your skills and dedication are valued!What We Offer:Competitive Pay & BenefitsGrowth Opportunities & Career AdvancementA Supportive & Professional Work EnvironmentEarn PTO hours immediately401K With a Company MatchYour Responsibilities:Driving DutiesLoad, transport, and deliver HVAC equipment and parts to clients or job sites according to scheduled instructionsAdhere to all safety protocols, including securing loads and driving defensivelyInspect the delivery vehicle before and after trips, ensuring it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs or issuesProvide professional and courteous interactions with clients, ensuring satisfaction and handling any delivery issues as they ariseComplete necessary paperwork for deliveries, including logging delivery times, recording mileage, and handling delivery receiptsPicking and PackingAccurately pick, scan (with RF Scanner), pack, and stage products for delivery/shipmentEnsure items are properly labeled and packagedInventory ManagementOrganize and store products in specific locations within the warehousePerform regular cycle counts and auditsReport discrepancies and or shortagesReceiving/ShippingOperate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safelyReceive incoming products into the computer and store in the designated areaLoad products onto delivery trucks or other vehiclesDeliver materials safely to the customer site and unload them per the customer's directionSafety/MaintenanceFollow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuriesMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse and store showroomWhat We're Looking For:Experience in warehouse and delivery drivingAbility to lift heavy items (75 + lbs)Strong attention to detail and customer service skillsValid driver's license & clean driving recordWhat Makes You a Great Fit?Reliable & DependableWork Well on a TeamCustomer-FocusedJoin a team that values hard work, reliability, and growth!
