Interventional Pain Management Physician\nFull-Time | Tampa Area, Florida | Monday–Friday | No Hospital Call
Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Interventional Pain Practice\nWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our established outpatient practice in the Brandon area. This is an excellent opportunity to practice evidence-based interventional pain medicine in a collaborative environment with experienced providers, dedicated clinical support, and a strong referral network.

Monday through Friday
\n - Outpatient practice \n
- \n
Shared after-hours telephone call approximately once every 4–6 weeks
\n
- \n
- \n
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
\n - \n
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
\n - \n
Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures, including:
\n- \n
- \n
Epidural steroid injections
\n - \n
Facet injections
\n - \n
Medial branch blocks
\n - \n
Radiofrequency ablation
\n - \n
Peripheral nerve blocks
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Evaluate and manage candidates for advanced pain therapies, including:
\n- \n
- \n
Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
\n - \n
Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) stimulation
\n - \n
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
\n - \n
Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems (Pain Pumps)
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, therapists, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes.
\n - \n
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and long-term pain management strategies.
\n - \n
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
\n - \n
Stay current with advancements in interventional pain medicine and participate in continuing medical education.
\n

MD or DO from an accredited medical school (or foreign equivalent).
\n - \n
Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
\n - \n
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine through:

Anesthesiology
\n - \n
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
\n - \n
Experience performing interventional pain procedures; neuromodulation and implant experience preferred.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n - \n
