About the Position

Job Title: RECT Profession: Mental Health Specialty: Mental Health Duration: 27 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required Certifications: Required Must-Have: Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health Description: RECT needed to assist with the Enhanced Outpatient program. Work schedule is Friday to Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include providing support and intervention for patients in a mental health setting. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in mental health services is essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs is required. Candidates should be prepared to engage in therapeutic activities and assist with daily living skills. The position demands a compassionate approach toward patient care. Participation in team meetings and ongoing training is expected.
