Sales Representative I, Spine - Pittsburgh, PA

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative I for spine products in the Pittsburgh territory. This field-based role involves managing inventory, covering assigned accounts, and driving sales of spinal implants and related technologies while working closely with senior sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track consignment and loaner inventory across assigned territory
• Provide case coverage and account management for designated customer base
• Solicit and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for assigned spine products
• Meet or exceed sales quota and market share targets in assigned territory
• Prepare call reports and maintain customer records per district manager requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
• OR Associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant sales, clinical, or medical device experience
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ortho, spine, or operating room experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
