Role Overview We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Peachtree City market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights, and provide personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Provide psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments. Track outcomes using a measurement‑based care approach. Coordinate care with the integrated care team. Offer crisis intervention when necessary. Qualifications Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Georgia. Passion for high‑quality care. Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans. Proficiency with EMR systems and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
