Job Summary Service Center Duncanville - North: Customer Service Representative in a full-service collision repair center. The role includes greeting customers, monitoring work volume, coordinating rental and tow services, and ensuring compliance with insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes. Responsibilities Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers. Monitor work volume scheduled and recommend load level requests when necessary. Coordinate with Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service. Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes. Navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. Work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 1+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems.
