Private Dental Practice – Naples, Florida
About the Opportunity
We are representing a well-established private dental practice seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Naples, Florida.
The practice is seeking a clinically confident, patient-focused dentist who works well in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, is adaptable, and contributes positively to a professional and team-oriented office culture.This opportunity is within a modern environment that emphasizes consistency, patient relationships, and a high standard of care.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive patient care while working alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team. Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
Treatment planning and case presentation
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Extractions and basic surgical procedures
Removable prosthodontics (dentures and partials)
Patient education and communication
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates may be considered based on fit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to high-quality patient care
