Bilingual Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

Description You are a patient-focused professional who thrives on solving problems, building trust, and delivering a positive patient experience. As a member of a virtual pharmaceutical contact center, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels. Hybrid Work This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and onsite at our Morrisville, NC corporate office 2 days per week.
