Position Overview

Achievements ABA is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a full-time in office position focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates to support our expanding ABA services team. The Recruiter also plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality services by matching behavior technicians with client needs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ABA experience is a plus.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

• Location: Savannah, GA - in office

• Salary: Starting at $55,000-$75,000 annually, pending experience

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience with interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management

ABA or healthcare recruiting experience preferred

Experience using Indeed, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.

Ability to quickly learn internal systems including Rethink and other company platforms.

Primary Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Recruit Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to meet the organization’s hiring needs.

• Conduct approximately 20 candidate interviews per week to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and fit.

• Proactively source candidates through recruiting platforms, job postings, referrals, and outreach.

• Prioritize recruiting efforts for clients who need staffing, targeting candidates based on location, availability, experience, and case requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including interviews with families or clinical leadership as appropriate.

• Review applications and follow up with both new applicants and previous candidates regarding current opportunities.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across the organization’s service areas.

• Communicate position expectations, schedules, compensation, and hiring requirements clearly to candidates.

• Extend offers in accordance with approved compensation guidelines and follow up to support offer acceptance.

• Collaborate closely with Staffing, Intake, Clinical Leadership, and Operations to understand hiring priorities and address recruitment barriers.

• Coordinate with Onboarding and Credentialing to help accepted candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.

• Document candidate outreach, interviews, feedback, offers, availability, and next steps accurately within company systems.

• Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including sourcing, interviews, offers, acceptances, and hires.

• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Escalate recruiting challenges or hard-to-fill positions to leadership and recommend solutions.

• Participate in department meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting effectiveness and the candidate experience.

• Assist with additional recruitment and operational duties as assigned.
