Component CNC OperatorWe are seeking a dedicated Component CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Montgomery, IL. The role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components essential for bearing manufacturing. Ideal candidates will possess manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications.Load and unload materials and parts from machines.Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in CNC, machining, manufacturing, or production.Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment.Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Experience with hand tools and lathe operations.Why Work Here?Join a stable, long-term opportunity with a global manufacturing leader. The work environment is clean and safety-focused, emphasizing the use of advanced technologies and equipment to ensure a productive setting.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, IL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.
