Travel Physical Therapist - $2,066 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rapid City, South Dakota. Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. As a traveling Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in Rapid City, SD, you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients in accordance with physician orders, treatment plans, and patient goals. Assess patient condition, develop and adjust treatment plans, and document progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active South Dakota physical therapy state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. (May be required; obtain prior to start if requested.) Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with geriatrics, transfers, ADL training, and restorative programs preferred.
