Akamai Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to partner with engineering, procurement and product teams on complex global infrastructure deals. You will draft, review and negotiate data center leases, bandwidth, interconnection and related HW/SW/IaaS/SaaS agreements, advise on risk, and help shape templates and negotiation positions for high-stakes transactions across the Akamai platform.
