Forklift Operator

BridgeWorks is looking for forklift operators for our client in Fountain Inn, SC Pay Range: $19.75 To $20.50 Hourly Shifts Available: 2nd: M-F: 3pm-11:30pm 3rd: M-F: 11pm-7:30am 4th: F-S: 7am-7:30pm 5th: F-S: 7pm-7am **Minimum Qualifications: ** * Valid forklift operator certification or license as required by OSHA standards. * Proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse or industrial setting. * Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling procedures. * Ability to read and interpret order sheets and use RF scanning equipment. * Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience operating multiple types of forklifts including stand-up forklifts and clamp trucks. * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. * Previous experience in order picking and shipping/receiving operations. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. * High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: * Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and clamp trucks to move materials safely and efficiently. * Load and unload goods from trucks, pallets, and storage racks according to company procedures. * Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate selection and tracking of inventory. * Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
