What you will be doing: Operate high‑powered machinery safely and consistently. Package products and mix ingredients according to specifications. Move, stack, and handle materials and equipment used in the production of fresh baked goods. Examine products and reject those that do not meet specifications. Observe, maintain, and address issues to prevent and reduce waste. Participate in all company‑approved and required training, audits, and related activities. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards. What we need from you: At least 18 years of age. 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack or carry pans, ingredient containers, and similar items. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in a warm environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
