Location: Easton, PA Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 7 PM 3 AM The Fix-It Person: Every Machine Needs Machines break. That's life. But you? You're the one who knows how to unbreak 'em and fast. Whether it's a busted belt, a motor throwing a tantrum, or some mystery noise nobody else can figure out, you've seen it, fixed it, and probably yelled at it a few times. Good news, you're in demand.

Requirements:

• 5 years of maintenance mechanic or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience working with conveyors, motors, DC drives, and facility equipment
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills including tablets, scanners, and printers
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• Comfortable working at heights using scissor lifts up to 32 feet
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
