Position Overview Shift Supervisors provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies. They perform full duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager, and in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, oversee all team activities. Job Responsibilities Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers Establish a strong customer‑service culture Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals Assist in developing and motivating team members to exceed expectations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Perform CSR duties and supervise team activities during absence of Store Manager, including transaction processing and cash handling Coach CSRs on proper transaction conduct for superior service and compliance Review and approve checks within limits Support store marketing efforts in the community Resolve customer complaints Assist Store Manager with scheduling, cash, and audits Review Operations Bulletins, news, and training for policy updates Maintain a neat and clean store environment Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries Comfortable engaging with customers Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills High‑energy, collaborative management experience Professional appearance and demeanor Honesty and integrity Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays English fluency required English/Spanish bilingual a plus Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels Must manage several tasks simultaneously and handle frequent interruptions Benefits Benefits for eligible team members include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training. Bonus eligible. Pay Range Massachusetts Pay Band: $17 – $19 USD.
