PM Server

We are looking to add a Server to our team. Responsibilities: Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift Complete all closing side work at end of shift Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow all policies and procedures Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas Qualifications: Previous fine dining and/or bartender experience a plus High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Free Associate Parking Free Meal for every shift worked 25% Discount in Resort Outlets Hotel Discounts with OPL Friends and Family Discount The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
