The chosen Physician will manage an outpatient clinic schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities include providing standard primary care to 18-20 scheduled patients daily, primarily adults, with potential for pediatric consultations, focusing on chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Responsibilities and Duties Provide outpatient primary care in a clinic setting. Manage a daily patient panel of 18-20 scheduled individuals. Focus on standard primary care services, including chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Treat primarily adult patients, with potential for pediatric patient care if needed. Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required. Experience with Epic EMR system.
