Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for ensuring our Customers have real shopping and an amazing cigar store experience. The Associates/Cashiers/Baristas makes eye contact, smile, and greet all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, efficiently follow all company best practice standards, and ensure proper merchandise presentation. Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS), and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are expected to be engaged in multi-tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require.
