Warehouse Shipping Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at the Woodstock, CT facility. In this role, you will play a key part in the Shipping department by assisting with administrative responsibilities, including preparing shipping documentation and supporting logistics functions to ensure timely and accurate shipments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare accurate documentation for all outgoing shipments (e.g., packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading)Ensure timely and organized processing of daily shipmentsMaintain shipping records and logsCoordinate with carriers and internal departments to verify schedules and delivery requirementsPerform data entry and maintain filing systemsProvide administrative support to the Shipping Supervisor and other team membersAssist with inventory counts and basic warehouse organization as neededCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Qualifications:Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or administrative support role preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDependable and punctualHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyAbility to Commute:Southbridge, MA 01550 (Required)Work Location: In person
