Utility Associate

Utility Worker Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. | 12-hour shifts Rotation: 4 days on, 4 days off Location: Onsite in Conover, NC Overtime: Available We are hiring a Utility Worker to support production in the Finishing Department. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to working safely in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare rolls and split cores. Identify board grades. Perform banding. Operate the roll pusher. Maintain housekeeping standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use safe working techniques. Availability to work 12-hour shifts. Ability to work a 4-on/4-off schedule. Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required on Day 1. PPE and Safety Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and required bump-cap protection must be worn as applicable.
