We embrace an environment where employees enjoy a balance between their careers, families, communities, and personal interests.Ultimately, we appreciate the uniqueness of a company where talented professionals work collaboratively in a positive environment — one focused on helping people look forward and plan for the best life possible while providing tools and solutions that make it easier to get there.ResponsibilitiesPersonalize and build apps with configurable components to increase productivity and effectiveness for internal/external business units.Collaborate with business partners, leadership and end users to increase responsiveness to business and customers, and continually update Salesforce applications.Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce application functionalities to document business & functional requirements, including use cases and user stories.Perform administrative functions including, field creation, reports and dashboards, processes and flows, and other configuration/declarative tasks.Create test plans for new application builds and updates.Understand and begin assessing the impact new requirements have on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.Support end users with issues relating to Salesforce.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experienceTwo years business systems/technical experienceSalesforce certificationExperience with IT production processesCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience with multiple Salesforce productsExperience in the life insurance/financial services industryAbility to work in Lightning and classic versions while keeping current with new release implicationsCompletion of additional Salesforce Super Badges and/or certificationsWorking ConditionsHybrid-Office Environment (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)Occasional Travel <10%Travel for training and collaboration meetingsCompensationThe Salary for this position generally ranges between $71,000 - $90,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO).
