Range: $18.00 - $24.30

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Whether you're graduating from high school, exploring your first career, or returning to the workforce, this paid training program is designed for people with little or no dental or healthcare experience. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience you need to build a rewarding career while making a difference in patients' lives every day. Every day brings new learning opportunities, and you'll gain practical skills that can serve as the foundation for a long-term healthcare career.

You'll learn to:

• Assist dentists during procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Care for patients
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
• Use dental technology and electronic records

No experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know through classroom instruction, hands-on training, and one-on-one mentoring.

All you need to get started is:

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred; valid work permit required if under the age of 18
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
