Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans. RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Full Time, Full-Time Flex, Part Time and PRN Schedule: Days, Evenings and Nights Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 2550 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County.

With 215 beds across five nursing units and plans to expand with a new unit Lorien Columbia continues to grow while staying true to its mission of providing exceptional care.
