Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment. Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information. Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required). 1+ year of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred. Reliable transportation required.
