Senior Workday ERP Analyst

Altasciences seeks a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to support Accounting and Finance teams across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and enterprise reporting. The role combines functional expertise with technical configuration to deliver scalable solutions, lead major enhancements, and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, and reporting dashboards
• Provide senior functional support for Workday Payroll processes and GL impact
• Lead design and delivery of complex Workday reports for Finance, Accounting, and Payroll stakeholders
• Support Workday Financials configuration across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, and Revenue Recognition
• Lead major enhancements, testing strategies, and release readiness; mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 4–7 years experience supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll
• Workday or Adaptive Planning certifications or Workday Pro accreditation required
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and accounting principles
• Experience with complex financial reporting, data integrations, and GL processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
