Quality Engineer -- Industrial Manufacturing (36554)

An automotive components manufacturer near the Sharonville, OH area is looking for a Quality Engineer . You will make sure the automotive parts produced at the plant consistently meet company quality requirements and customer/OEM specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of quality experience within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations team with internal & customer concerns
• Create & maintain quality documents
• Perform root cause analysis – corrective actions
• Support APQP & PPAP activities
• Support customer meetings & visits
• Create & maintain control plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
• 6 years' Quality experience within automotive industry
• Experience with APQP, PPAP
• Experience with TS/IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001
• Previous experience with automotive supplier quality practices
• Ability to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30lbs
