WHY BIG SMILE DENTAL?

We believe great hygiene is built on relationships, consistency, and clinical partnership.

You'll work alongside a collaborative dental team in an established practice where hygienists are an important part of the patient's long-term care, not simply another column on the schedule.

You'll also have the support that comes from being part of Star Dental Partners, including benefits, professional-development resources, and operational support, while continuing to work in a practice with its own team, patients, and local identity.

And with two hygienist openings available, this is also a unique opportunity for colleagues or friends who may be interested in making a move together.

A SCHEDULE THAT LEAVES ROOM FOR LIFE

Our primary hygiene schedule is:

Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

There is also an opportunity for every other Friday from 7:45 AM-2:00 PM, depending on the schedule and needs of the practice.

We're open to discussing flexibility with the right candidate.

WE INVEST IN YOU

Professional development shouldn't stop once you receive your license.

Every hygienist in this role will receive:

• $1,000 each year for continuing education
• Opportunities to learn and grow professionally
• Access to training and resources through Star Dental Partners
• Support as new technology and clinical education opportunities become available

You'll also receive 4 weeks of PTO, giving you meaningful time to recharge, travel, spend time with family, or simply have a life outside the operatory.

Eligible full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Practice Description

LET'S TALK

There are plenty of dental hygiene openings out there.

We're interested in offering something more than another job posting: a strong schedule, 4 weeks of PTO, an annual investment in your education, meaningful earning opportunities, and a practice where your contribution matters.

If that sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to start a conversation.
