This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for elevated service, refined guest experiences, and operational excellence within a high-end dining environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service execution and an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint Lead, mentor, and develop service teams, fostering a culture rooted in professionalism, accountability, and luxury hospitality standards Maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and proactively resolving service concerns to uphold elevated hospitality standards Support financial performance through effective labour management, inventory oversight, scheduling, and cost control initiatives Collaborate closely with culinary and leadership teams to ensure operational alignment and consistent execution of service standards Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing and guest-focused team Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture while supporting ongoing service improvements and operational efficiencies Ideal Candidate Profile Experience within Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized operations strongly preferred, ideally within 1–3 Michelin star environments Demonstrated career progression and stability in previous roles, with preferred tenure of 3+ years per position Extensive experience within luxury hospitality and fine dining operations Strong business acumen with proven operational leadership capabilities Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top hospitality talent Highly engaging leadership style with exceptional guest interaction and communication skills Multilingual candidates highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
