Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologist to become a part of our Urology team at Franklin Hospital in Farmington, Maine.

The new Urologist will join a thriving Urology practice within our network, collaborating with one full-time Physician Assistant locally. The Urology department at Franklin offers a comprehensive range of services for adult urologic conditions. Our outpatient services feature urodynamic testing, advanced practice providers in an office setting, and cutting-edge cystoscopic equipment with fluoroscopic capabilities.

Franklin Hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility that is part of a broad provider network, which includes four local adult primary care practices, all utilizing the Epic system. We also offer a full-service Emergency department, rehabilitation services, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, OBGYN, interventional pain management, and various outpatient specialty practices. Our dedicated and skilled caregivers utilize advanced medical technology to address the healthcare needs of the Franklin County area and beyond. This expanding urology practice will be taking over the patient base of a retiring urologist who has specialized in HoLEP and has attracted patients from across the state.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Experience in General Urology is preferred but not mandatory.
