Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support one attorney while working alongside a dedicated legal assistant. You will handle core litigation tasks, case management, and court filings to support our clients through critical family law proceedings. Key Responsibilities Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, notices, discovery, and affidavits. Prepare cases for trials and support attorneys during court hearings. Manage court filings through the Florida e-Filing Portal and navigate Florida county clerk dockets. Collaborate with assigned attorneys and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progression. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of civil paralegal experience. Family law experience is preferred; strong civil litigation candidates looking to transition into family law are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Required proficiency with the Florida e-Filing Portal and Florida county clerk dockets. Document Drafting: Proven experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, and affidavits. Trial Prep: Hands-on experience with hearing preparation and trial support. Certifications: NALA Certified Paralegal designation is preferred, but not required. Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
