Sales AssociateImmediate need for a talented Sales Associate. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Saddle Brook, NJ (Onsite). Job ID: 26-30003 Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and event coordinationHandle calls, communications, and scheduling conflictsProcess commissions and expenses per company policiesMaintain databases, reports, and content librariesAssist with website updates and internal system trackingServe as a client liaison for routine inquiries and issue resolutionProduce branded materials (presentations, proposals, flyers, maps)Develop email and direct marketing campaigns for property listingsConduct market research and create client deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams for data integrationMaintain marketing databases, websites, and prospect trackingKey Requirements and Technology Experience:2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales supportHigh School Diploma or GEDProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOur client is a leading Real Estate Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
