Kickin’ Customs is looking for an experienced automotive vinyl wrap installer available on a part-time, per diem basis at our Raynham, Massachusetts facility.

This is not an entry-level or training position. We need someone who can step into a scheduled project, work independently, and complete professional-quality installations on luxury, exotic, performance, specialty, and daily-driven vehicles.

Schedule

This is an as-needed position based on our project workload. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week. Weekday availability is strongly preferred, and advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

Compensation

$35 to $50 per hour, based on demonstrated experience, installation quality, efficiency, and the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Install full and partial color-change wraps
• Complete roofs, stripes, chrome deletes, trim, accents, and specialty applications
• Properly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces
• Handle vinyl stretching, glassing, relief cuts, post-heating, and finishing
• Produce clean edges, consistent panel alignment, and properly placed seams
• Identify paint, body, or surface concerns before beginning installation
• Maintain an organized work area and protect customer vehicles throughout the process
• Inspect and prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery
• Work efficiently without sacrificing installation quality

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional automotive vinyl wrap experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate previous work through photographs, a portfolio, or professional social media account
• Experience independently completing full color-change wraps is preferred
• Strong understanding of vinyl handling, stretching, glassing, trimming, post-heating, and edge finishing
• Experience with major automotive wrap films such as Avery Dennison, 3M, KPMF, ORACAL, Hexis, CheetahWrap, or similar products
• Commercial graphics and fleet installation experience is a plus
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working around high-value customer vehicles
• Employment may be contingent upon background screening and drug testing, as permitted by law

Established wrap installation businesses may also apply for separately scoped business-to-business projects. Any subcontracting arrangement will be evaluated separately and must satisfy applicable Massachusetts classification and insurance requirements.
