Dental Assistant (RDA) Responsibilities:

• Assist the pediatric dentist during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take digital dental radiographs.
• Perform coronal polishing and other duties permitted by California RDA licensure.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Comfort children and help create a positive dental experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification, X-ray Certification.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for working with children.
• Bi-lingual a Plus.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but motivated new RDAs are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Based on Experience.
