Description As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective residents, providing them with detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms. Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address any inquiries potential residents may have. Lease Agreements: Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
